- Cut-to-Size (Die Cut): A single decal die cut to the shape you’ve specified (circle, oval, square, rectangle or custom).
- Peel-Off from Liner (Kiss Cut): A single decal cut on the dieline with an additional die cut about 1/4” around to allow for easier removal from the sticker liner.
- Sheet: Single Design: This cut gives you multiple decals per sheet with one cutting design or shape.
- Sheet: Multiple Designs: This cut gives you multiple decals per sheet with different designs/shapes. (Only available when ‘Custom’ is selected in the Shape dropdown.)
- Variable data printing lets you design and print multiple versions personalized for a customer or topic
- Versions feature lets you print various designs with the same size, stock and finish to vary content on multiple decals

- What sizes are available for decal printing?

You can design custom decals for online printing in any size and shape. When you enter your desired dimensions in the Finished Size fields on the product page, a notification will alert you if they are outside our parameters. In that case, you can request a Custom Quote.
Cut Type Specifications:
- Cut-to-Size (Die Cut): Enter the finished size of your decal.
- Peel-Off from Liner (Kiss Cut): Enter the finished size of your decal.
- Sheet: Single Design: Enter the finished size of your decal.
- Sheet: Multiple Designs: Enter the finished size of your sheet of decals.
Note: If you wish the printing on your job to “bleed” off the edge of the page, you will need to make the page size larger than your final document size and include crop and bleed.
- What decal stock is available? Are there removable and permanent options?

You can print your own decals on a variety of removable and permanent stocks:
- Crack ‘n’ Peel – 60# Matte White: Permanent stock and crack ‘n’ peel backing allow for easy peeling and workability. Great for branding and logos.
- White / Clear Polypropylene – Permanent: Permanent stock with low-tack adhesive that’s intended for one-time use. Top-coated smooth flexible polypropylene. Applicable to textured and non-textured materials and will not damage the surface. Great for beauty products and safety information that you don’t want removed.
- White / Clear Polypropylene – Removable: Removable stock that’s repositionable but intended for one-time use. Removable even from paper. Top-coated smooth flexible polypropylene. Low-tack and moisture-resistant, with good chemical resistance. Applicable to non-textured surfaces, such as glass, painted metal, and stainless steel. Great for clear jars, mason jars, bottles, laptops, notebooks, and more.
- What decal shapes can you make?

With digital laser cutting, you can print decals in any shape and size. Just select your preference in the Shape and Cut Type dropdowns on the product page. Options include:
- Cut-to-Size (Die Cut): A single decal die cut to the shape you’ve specified (circle, oval, square, rectangle, or custom).
- Peel-Off from Liner (Kiss Cut): A single decal cut on the dieline with an additional die cut about 1/4” around to allow for easier removal from the decal liner.
- Sheet: Single Design: This cut gives you multiple decals per sheet with one cutting design or shape.
