Do you offer tax exemption for print brokers and print resellers?
- Smartpress requires a resale certificate (or exemption certificate) to refund the sales tax that is charged by the state to which your order ships. This ensures sales tax won't be double charged when you later resell the product to your customer with sales tax. Once you determine your print projects that are eligible for resale, you'll need to certify your sales tax exemption and let us know. Smartpress will add your account as tax exempt in the state for which the resale certificate applies. Learn more about tax exemption for print resellers.
Do you offer blind shipping as part of your print reseller program?
- We can blind ship your print projects by giving you the option to remove the Smartpress name and address from your packages and add your own. That way, your clients get their products straight from "you." Just check the blind shipping box on the shipping page when you're checking out. How do I reorder print projects?
- Reordering projects with our Reseller Program is easy. Just log in to your account, select the job you'd like to reorder from the Your Orders page and hit the Reorder button. You'll be able to review and change your job specifications, as well as choose the same artwork or upload new files. When you're finished, submit the order.
