Envelope Sizes & Inserting

As part of our wide range of online printing services, we can insert printed pieces (letters, cards, invitations, etc.) into envelopes for you. This can be especially helpful and save you time for direct mailings and business or corporate communications.

Please note:

  • Any printed piece that gets inserted by machine must be 1/2″ shorter in width and 1/4″ shorter in height than the envelope.
  • If your piece does not follow these guidelines, it must be inserted by hand, which includes additional fees and extends turnaround time.
