Sticker Postcards
What sizes are available?
Sticker postcards are available in one size: 6” x 9”.
What’s the difference between standard sticker shapes and custom sticker shapes?
Sticker postcards with standard shapes feature seven predetermined sticker shapes: three circles, one heart, one rectangle, one arched rectangle and one square. Sticker postcards with custom shapes feature your own custom sticker shapes.
What paper stocks and sticker stocks are available?
The postcard is available on 14 pt. coated cardstock. The stickers feature 4 mil vinyl with specially-formulated repositionable adhesive that doesn’t leave residue and a 10 pt. cover stock liner.
Can I add any coatings to my sticker postcards?
Sticker postcards are printed with a raised UV ink, which results in a textured feel. Learn more: Raised UV Printing
Are there any specifications I should follow on my print-ready file?
Yes. For postcards with custom sticker shapes, here’s what you should know:
1. Create a kiss cut line around where your stickers will be. The vector line should be on it’s layer named “Cut” (if you use our print template, this layer will already be set up). The line should have a 0.25 pt. stroke and should be a specific spot color:
- Name: Kiss-Cut
- Color Type: Spot
- Color Mode: RBG
- Red: 0
- Green: 255
- Blue: 0

2. Raised UV elements need to be on a raised UV layer and set up with the specific spot color:
- Name: Gloss
- Color Type: Spot
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Cyan: 0
- Magenta: 100
- Yellow: 0
- Black: 0

All raised UV elements need to be 0.125″ away from the sticker cut lines. Sticker cut lines must also be a minimum of 0.25″ away from each other. Any elements can have raised UV as long as they’re 0.125″ away from the sticker cut lines. All stickers will come with a default 10% raised UV coverage for lasting durability.
