FAQs

What’s the holder made of?

The black matte M-shaped holder is made of steel with black powder-coated finish.

What dimensions should my custom sign have?

The holder is compatible with rigid substrates with a thickness of up to 1”. We recommend your custom signs be at least 24”W. Please note that the bottom 3-1/4” of your sign will be hidden when installed into the holder, so be sure your design accommodates that.

What format and resolution should my artwork be in for my free-standing sign?

Your artwork should have a minimum resolution of 150 PPI. We accept artwork files in PDF, JPEG and PNG formats, as well as packaged InDesign and Illustrator files.
