Do you print portrait and landscape announcements?

Yes. You can print custom announcements in either portrait or landscape orientation. Choose the orientation that best suits your design.

What paper stocks are available?

You can design your own announcements on a variety of stocks, including coated, recycled, hemp, linen, felt weave and more. The right paper stock depends on the look, feel and durability you want for your announcements. Should I use a text weight or cover weight stock?

This depends on the design of your announcement cards and the aesthetic you want. Text weight stocks are lightweight and easy to fold. Cover weight stocks are more rigid and substantial. The higher the number, the thicker the stock. Text weight is a good option for lightweight, foldable announcements, while cover weight provides a sturdier, more substantial feel. If I add a fold, can I print on the inside of my announcements?

Yes. When you have a fold, the dropdown on the product page called Printing on the Back refers to the inside of the folded announcement. This allows you to print additional text, images or other design elements on the inside.

What do the different ink choices mean?

As a premium online printer, we offer a variety of ink choices for announcement printing. We recommend:

• Black Only – For designs with no color.
• Full Color – For designs with a wide range of colors.
• Full Color + Spot White – If you want a white layer of ink printed in designated areas of your full color design.
• White Only – If you do not want any color (or black) within your design.

Can I proof my announcements?

Yes. A digital PDF soft proof will be available for your review within one business day after we receive your file upload. You can use this proof to review your announcement’s content, layout, formatting and other details before printing. You’ll also have an opportunity to request changes before your order goes to press. Can I add a coating or laminate to my announcements?

Yes. You can finish your personalized announcements with ultra gloss UV or flat matte coatings or velvety Soft Touch laminate on one or two sides. What’s the difference between simple and complex digital laser cutting?

Choose simple die cutting for shapes like circles, ovals, squares and rectangles. Choose complex die cutting for any shapes or cuts more intricate than that. Simple cutting works for basic geometric shapes, while complex cutting accommodates more detailed or unusual designs.

Can I create announcements with different sayings and designs in the same order?

Yes. With our Versions feature, you can print various designs with different content across multiple announcements, such as graduation or birth announcements. For this online printing service, the designs can change but your announcements must be the same size, stock and finish. Learn more: Versions

Are envelopes included? Can you print on the envelopes?

Envelopes are not included but you can add them to your announcements by choosing the coordinating size and stock from the Matching Envelopes dropdown. This lets you order matching envelopes alongside your printed announcements. Learn more: Understanding Envelope Sizes

We can also print your envelopes with variable data to personalize each one. Simply choose your preference in the Envelope Printing dropdown. Variable data printing lets you customize individual envelopes with different names, addresses or other information. Learn more: Variable Data Printing
