What is a hardgood promo product?
Hardgoods are essentially everything outside of print and apparel or wearable products. They are typically stocked in a variety of colors and available for custom imprinting.
What are the imprint guidelines or templates I should follow?
Please reference the layout guides available on each product page. These templates are like your head start to your final product imprint and can help ensure your artwork is set up for proper imprinting.
How do I need to submit my artwork?
Artwork requirements vary depending on the product, but in most cases, original vector artwork with outlined fonts is needed in .AI, .EPS or .PDF file formats for quality imprinting. Raster images in .JPG or .PNG file formats at a minimum of 300 PPI native resolution (with any free-standing text included in vector format) are acceptable for some full color imprint methods.

What if I need help providing my artwork?

Where can my imprint be featured on a product?
Imprint locations vary by product. The available options can be found within the imprint location field on the product pages.
Can I change the imprint method/location on a product?
Currently, product imprint methods and locations are limited. If you would like to explore other options, please submit a Custom Quote request. Learn more: Custom Quote
What are the imprint color options available on a product?
Imprint color options vary by product. The available options can be found within the imprint color field. If you’d like to explore other options, please submit a Custom Quote. Learn more: Custom Quote
What is proofing?
Proofing gives you the chance to review the product and imprint and make any changes before it’s imprinted. A digital PDF soft proof will be available for your review within 1-2 business days after we receive your file upload. Review and approval is required before production timelines begin. What’s the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quality varies by product and is the initial quantity shown in the quantity field on the product page. When you enter a number in the quantity field, it will notify you if you haven’t met the minimum required to order.
What is turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies by product and can be found in the production time field on the product pages. Production time begins after soft proof approval and does not include transit time after shipment. Learn more: Printing Turnaround Time, How to Use a Print Proof, Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by destination. Estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the shipment is picked up. Learn more: Shipping
I ordered print item and promo products – how will my order ship?
Print items and promo products ship separately. Orders with multiple promo product options may also ship separately from each other.
What if I need products sooner than the listed production timeline?
Please submit a Custom Quote for any products needed faster than the listed production time. We will make product recommendations with pricing and information based on your timeline needs. Learn more: Custom Quote
What is the return policy?Â
Because promotional products are custom imprinted, returns cannot be accepted. In the event you find a defect in your product or imprint, we will ensure replacement(s) are provided. Please refer to our Satisfaction Guarantee for additional information.

Where can I find sizing information for apparel products?
Apparel size charts vary by product and can be found within the help tip (click on the little question mark) located next to the size dropdown on the product pages.
What are the imprint guidelines or templates I should follow?
