What sizes are available?
Custom Table Tents are available for online printing in our predetermined sizes, including the standard 5”W x 7”H size.
What paper stocks and weights are available?
Table tent printing is available on our Coated Semigloss 1 Side (C1S) white paper stock in 10 pt. and 12 pt. paper weight (the larger the number, the thicker the stock). Learn more: Small Format Paper Stocks, Coated Paper Stocks vs. Uncoated Paper Stocks, Text Weight vs. Cover Weight
Can I print my table tent on a thicker stock than the website offers?
We do not recommend using a thicker stock. Table tents must be scored by a machine, which cannot process thicker stocks.
Can I print double-sided table tents?
Yes and no. When printing table tents, think of the front as the entire outside of the tent when it’s folded and the back as the interior white side. You can print on both sides of the outside in black or full-color ink but not the interior white side. Just use the Printing on the Front dropdown on the product page to make your ink choice. Can I add a coating or laminate to my table tents?
You can finish and protect your table tents with one of our gloss or matte UV coatings or laminates. If your tents will be placed on restaurant tables or bar tops, we recommend a laminate to guard against moisture and spills. Learn more: UV Coating vs. Laminate, Printing with UV Coating
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for table tents is 5, with the maximum quantity of 5,000. For quantities outside this range, you can request a Custom Quote.
How are table tents assembled?
As a customer-focused online printer, we offer two types of table tent closures. You can add end slits that interlock (use the Digital Laser Cutting dropdown on the product page) or tape (use the Double Sided Tape dropdown) to assemble the table tents yourself.
Will I get a proof for my table tents?
Yes. A digital PDF soft proof will be available for your review within one business day after we receive your file upload. You’ll be able to review the project’s content, format and more and make any changes before it’s printed. Learn more: Proofs
Can I create table tents with different designs in the same order?
Yes. With our Versions feature, you can print various designs to differ content on multiple table tents. Part of our online printing services, it lets you change the designs but your tents must be the same size and finish. Learn more: Versions
