Order Pickup for Local Customers

Once you’ve placed your online printing order with Smartpress, you can choose to have it shipped to you, blind shipped directly to your customers or picked up locally. Smartpress offers convenient order pickup at our headquarters in Chanhassen, MN.

If you have questions about picking up your order, please contact customer service. If you’re a local customer who’s ready to pick up your order, here’s how you do it.

Customer Pickup

Smartpress customer pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Before arriving, wait until you receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Pick up your order at the following location:

• Address: 1650 McGlynn Road, Chanhassen, MN, 55317
• Directions: Follow the signs for Smartpress Customer Pickup
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Hint: If your order includes multiple parts, check your Activity Log to make sure every part is complete and ready for pickup before you arrive.
