How to Upload Large Print Files

If your files are too large to upload through our browser-based tool or you’re having trouble uploading them, you can use the Smartpress FTP service to transfer your files for printing.

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol, a method of transferring files between computers. Our FTP service supports file uploads up to 2 GB, making it a convenient option for submitting large print-ready files.

Why Use the FTP Service

Our FTP service offers a straightforward way to upload large files, even if you’re unfamiliar with file transfers.

Simple drag-and-drop uploading makes it easy to select and transfer your files.
Support for files up to 2 GB provides an alternative when browser-based uploads aren’t working for larger files.
