What sizes are available?

We offer poly mailers in small, medium and large sizes, from 6” x 9” to 19” x 13.5”, with both flat and gusseted styles to accommodate any product. Choose yours with the size dropdown on the product page.

What are poly mailer bags made of?

We offer poly bags in standard and compostable materials. Both feature high-grade polyethylene that’s thicker and more durable than our competitors’. 

This material is tear-resistant, puncture-resistant and water/weather-resistant. Both options also include a peel-and-seal adhesive on the flap. 

Our compostable material has been independently tested to TUV standards for home compostability. (Note: Adhesive is not compostable. Prior to composting, remove the perforated adhesive strip.)

Can my poly mailer bags have double-sided printing? Can I print on the flap?

Yes and yes. You can print branding, logos and messaging on the front and back of your poly mailers, as well as the flap.

What are the bleed requirements for my print-ready file?

Our poly mailer printing process boasts full bleed, which means your designs can go all the way to the edges of your bags. This gives you total design freedom, but we still have a few recommendations:

• We recommend: Solid-colored backgrounds, symmetrical gradients and symmetrical patterns.
• We do not recommend: Asymmetrical backgrounds, asymmetrical gradients and asymmetrical patterns.

Are there mailing requirements for shipping poly bags?

Yes. Most carriers can ship poly mailer bags for you, but be sure to follow these mailing tips:

• Your mailing label does not have to be placed in a designated area, but most people put it somewhere in the middle of the bag.
• You won’t see a space for your label in our poly mailers template. Just design a blank space for it in your artwork.
• We recommend using poly mailers for shipping items under 10 pounds.

What types of products can I ship in custom poly mailers?

Poly mailers are the perfect packaging for any soft goods, like T-shirts and apparel items to home textiles like bedding and towels. If you want to ship hard or delicate items, we recommend protecting them with bubble wrap before slipping them into your bags.
