What paper stocks and weights are available?
Our custom product boxes are printed on Coated Semigloss 1 Side (C1S) paper stock. They are available in 24pt. paper weight, which provides a noticeable heft and stiffness. Learn more: Small Format Paper Stocks, Coated Paper Stocks vs. Uncoated Paper Stocks, Text Weight vs. Cover Weight
Can I print on the inside of my boxes?
Yes, you can print in black or full-color ink on the inside and outside of your custom packaging. Just use the Printing on the Front and Printing on the Back dropdowns on the product page. Learn more: Black vs. Full-Color Printing
What coatings are available?
You can finish your custom product packaging with matte or gloss UV coating. Matte disguises fingerprints from handling, while gloss provides unmissable shine.
We recommend using a coating to create a specific look and feel, but it also provides extra durability and ensures less cracking of ink on the folds of your boxes. Learn more: Printing with UV Coating, UV Coating vs. Laminate
How are roll end boxes assembled?
Our roll end boxes are sometimes also called roll end top tuck boxes or simply tuck flap boxes. This is because all you have to do is fold on the scoring and tuck. They ship flat with no glue or tape needed to assemble.
Do you have roll end tuck top box templates?
Yes. You can find roll end box templates for various sizes on the product pages under Project Resources. We strongly recommend using a template as a 3D mockup of your design. Just print it out, cut and fold the template to see the spacing and placement of your designs, font size, etc. Learn more: Layout Guides
