Artwork Setup Instructions for Retractable Banner Graphics
Working with an online printer like Smartpress means you have premium options for displaying your custom banner. Before you design it, adjust your art accordingly:
- 0.5″ of your artwork will be covered on the top for installation of the hanger.
- 6″ of your artwork will be covered on the bottom for attachment to the base.
- Leave a minimum of 0.25″ bleed on each side.
And check out these online printing dimension guidelines so nothing is covered or cut off by the stand:
- Overall dimensions: These are the dimensions of your banner, including the stand.
- File dimensions: This is the final printed size.
- Viewable graphics: This is the area of your graphics that’s displayed. When setting up your banner file, be sure to keep imagery and content within these dimensions.
