• Enter the finished dimensions of the individual piece, not the finished size of your kiss cut. For example a finished 2.5 x 2.5 single decal or a custom 8 x 8 sheet with multiple kiss cut shapes.
• Select the appropriate Digital Laser Die Cutting option for your desired decal type. For individually cut square or rectangle decals that are 2 x 2 or larger, simply enter your size and select None for Digital Laser Cutting.
• Submit a 1-up design file using the appropriate die line values indicated on our laser die cutting file instructions for Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain a margin of at least .125” around the edge of the decal for images and text. If you add a border to your design Please take a look at our bleeds and borders help page and our cutting tolerance help page for more information on setting up the file.
