What paper stocks and weights are available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our custom folds are available for online printing in both coated and uncoated paper stocks. We offer them in text and cover weights, where the larger the number, the heavier the paper. Can I print double-sided Designer Folds?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. You can print your own specialty formats with black or full-color ink on one or both sides. Just use the Printing on the Front and Printing on the Back dropdowns on the product page. Learn more: Black vs. Full-Color Printing<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What coatings and laminates are available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Coating options vary by Designer Fold product. You can finish and protect many of them with ultra gloss UV or flat matte coatings that protect your print and provide a professional look. Learn more: UV Coating vs. Laminate<\/a>, Printing with UV Coating<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I change the preset dimensions of a designer fold?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. If you\u2019d like to design custom folds with specific dimensions, just request a Custom Quote<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are there design guidelines I should follow?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. Whether you\u2019re using Designer Folds as marketing mailers or custom invitations, we have print templates that show you provide all the design specifications you need. Look for them on each product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of these are pretty complicated to create. Can I get some design help? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When should I use wafer seals? And how many?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Some of our Designer Folds require wafer seals for mailing and some don\u2019t. You can find mailing and tab requirements (including how many) under the Product Information section on each product page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What mailing and addressing options are there?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a premium online printer, we offer complete mail fulfillment, from addressing to list acquisition and list processing. You can even use our mailing permit or your own. Does my Designer Fold need an envelope for mailing?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Some of our creative mailers require envelopes for mailing and some don\u2019t. You can find mailing and envelope requirements under the Product Information section on each product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you print variable data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. Part of our online printing services, variable data printing lets you personalize your marketing mailers and invitations with recipients\u2019 addresses, names, barcodes, QR codes, customer IDs and more. Learn more: Variable Data Printing<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I create Designer Folds with different designs in the same order?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. With our Versions feature, you can print various designs to differ content on multiple Designer Folds (invitations for different events, mailers for different promotions, etc.).
