What sizes are available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can design custom rack cards for online printing in our predetermined sizes or use custom dimensions. When you enter your desired dimensions in the Unfolded Size fields on the product page, a notification will alert you if they are outside our parameters. In that case, you can request a Custom Quote<\/a>. The standard rack card size is 4\u201dW x 9\u201dH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What paper stocks and weights are available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rack cards are available in a variety of paper stocks, including coated, uncoated and recycled. We offer them in point weights, where the larger the number, the thicker the stock. Can I print double-sided rack cards?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. You can print your own rack cards with black or full-color ink on one or both sides. Just use the Printing on the Front and Printing on the Back dropdowns on the product page. Learn more: Black vs. Full-Color Printing<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I add a coating or laminate to my rack cards?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can finish and protect your rack cards with ultra gloss UV or flat matte coating or laminates like gloss, matte and Soft Touch. Learn more: Coating vs. Laminate<\/a>, Printing with UV Coating<\/a>, Soft Touch Laminate<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When should I use perforation?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a customer-focused online printer, we offer perforation on rack cards so you can create tear-off coupons or contact cards. Learn more: Print with Perforation<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When should I use drill holes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We offer single, double and triple drill hole options. You might add drill holes to your rack cards if you\u2019re including them in marketing binders, menu binders or want to secure them with a single metal ring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the minimum order quantity?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The minimum order quantity for rack cards is 50, with the maximum quantity all the way up to 15,000. For quantities outside this range, you can request a Custom Quote<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will I get a proof for my rack cards?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. A digital PDF soft proof will be available for your review within one business day after we receive your file upload. You\u2019ll be able to review the project\u2019s content, format and more and make any changes before it\u2019s printed. Learn more: Proofs<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the difference between simple and complex digital laser cutting?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Choose simple die cutting for shapes like circles, ovals, squares and rectangles. Choose complex die cutting for any shapes or cuts more intricate than that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rack cards also offer variable finishing, which allows you to personalize them with laser cut names or other information, along with your simple or complex cuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I create rack cards with different designs in the same order?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. With our Versions feature, you can print various designs to differ content on multiple rack cards. Part of our online printing services, it lets you change the designs but your rack cards must be the same size, stock and finish. Learn more: Versions<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
