Smartpress COVID-19 Status

Updated April 1, 2020

As we continue to modify and adapt to changing business conditions due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will post updates to our business operations and how we can best serve our customers during this time.

We are currently open and accepting online orders for all printed materials available on Smartpress.com. We know budgets are tight in this challenging time and are offering 20% off orders placed in April*, as well as FREE reprints** through May for orders where event dates have changed due to COVID-19. Our supply chain is intact and we are working closely with our shipping partners to ensure you receive your orders on time.

As a 100% employee-owned company, ensuring the health and safety of our employees is one of our highest priorities. Our sales and customer service teams are working remotely and are available to help with your orders. In our Minnesota-based production facilities, we have instituted a number of procedures including enhanced cleaning protocols, keeping employees home if sick, and social distancing.

While our daily operating environment has changed, our mission to provide our customers with high-quality print and a world-class buying experience remains the same. Please reach out to us if you have any questions and we will continue to update everyone as the situation evolves.
